If there’s someone in your life who could use a check-in, you can request that we reach out to them. Whether they’re going through a tough time, dealing with stress, or just seem a little off lately, we’re here to provide a supportive voice on the other end of the line.

1. Fill Out the Form Below: Provide the details of the person you’re concerned about. You can choose to share your information or remain anonymous.

2. Tell Us Why You’re Concerned: Give us some context about why you think this person could use a check-in. The more we know, the better we can approach the call with care.

3. We’ll Reach Out Our team will give them a call to check in and see how they’re doing. We’ll offer support and let them know that someone is thinking about them.

 

What You Need to Know:

- Confidential and Discreet: We won’t mention your name unless you’ve asked us to. The focus will be on letting the person know someone cares.

- A Gentle Approach: We approach each call with empathy and respect, aiming to be a supportive presence for the person on the other end.

- Optional Follow-Up: If appropriate, we can provide a brief update letting you know that we reached out.
